24. Refund and Return Policy 

In case of refund initiation by the customer, the concerned seller will have to bear the product amount. Shipping charges and taxes will not be returned by Ansh Planners.  

In case of product return, the cost paid by the customer will be returned to the customer after negation of taxes and shipping charges. 

Returns will be processed once the original product is returned and confirmed received by the respective seller. Concerned sellers will bear the reverse shipping cost which is the cost of shipping the product back from the customer to the concerned seller of the returned product. Deductions of the reverse shipping charges will be from the concerned seller and will be from their next immediate order after against which the returns are processed.

Refund/return process will be initiated within 7-15 days period of time after the refund/return request is raised by the customer and may extend to additional 30 days for verifications purpose for the same order.

25. Membership and Renewal Policy

In case you have opted for a membership plan of three months, six months or one year you can sell for three months, six months and one year respectively. These membership terms are subject to change when Ansh Planners partnership firm avails additional offers. The offer, the term of membership, all other rules and regulations related to memberships are solely decided, regulated and applied by Ansh Planners partnership firm. 

Membership registration and verification process will be carried out by Ansh Planners partnership firm only after the successful payment of membership fees on anshplanners.com. Sellers cannot add or sell any product until the verification process is complete.

For the verification process of sellers it is mandatory to provide all the necessary documents asked by Ansh Planners partnership firm and / or its affiliates. Only those documents which are issued by the government of India are accepted for the verification process of the sellers.

Once the process of verification and confirmation of the seller registration on anshplanners.com is completed sellers are required to complete all the profile information and only after that they will be allowed to sell online with us.

Ansh Planners partnership firm holds all the rights to change, alter, modify, delete and regulate the terms of membership for any registered seller. You agree, accept and are bound to all the terms specified by Ansh Planners partnership firm when you register yourself as a seller on anshplanners.com.

In case of membership renewal, the seller has to complete the payment by 5th of every month. The data collected will only be present in case of full payment before the given date. 

Ansh planners will not be held responsible in case of account deletion after delay in the payment. 

Membership fees are completely non refundable. Sellers cannot in any case ask, raise request, forcefully demand for a refund of membership fees in case of early termination of the membership/ any given case for refund of the membership fees. No refund will be issued to any seller after the payment is completed on anshplanners.com in any case.

26. Lost/Damaged  Product Policy

In case if the product ordered by any customer is marked as lost or damaged while in the shipping process, our delivery service providers ‘DELHIVERY PRIVATE LIMITED’ will initiate the refund process and the refund will be processed from their end as specified here ‘https://www.delhivery.com/support/’. We as merchants will initiate a refund only after it is received from our delivery service providers ‘DELHIVERY PRIVATE LIMITED’. Once we have received the refund for the same order from delivery service providers ‘DELHIVERY PRIVATE LIMITED’ we will initiate our standard refund procedure as mentioned above in statement no (24) and will follow the same deadlines as of statement no (24). Taxes paid against the product or service by customers will not be returned by Ansh Planners.

27. Exchange Policy

In case of exchange of the product ordered by a customer from anshplanners.com product exchange will be initiated by the seller after his/her confirmation for the same. In such a case Ansh Planners partnership firm will not return the shipping charges and taxes. Return order and forward order shipping charges of the exchanged product will be paid by concerned sellers. Time required for the completion of the exchange of the product will not be decided by Ansh Planners partnership firm and will be completely dependent on the response time of the seller, customer and delivery service providers.

28. Seller/Vendor Payout Policy

Vendors will receive payments for their paid orders from customers twice a month that may be tentatively on 15th and on the last day of the month after verification,confirmation by Ansh planners partnership firm. This payout period is not fixed and may vary, delay due to various technological, non-technological reasons, any unexpected circumstances occurred on our end.

Payouts to sellers,vendors are given only after successful payments received from customers and marked confirmed. Payouts are inclusive of the base costs, actual costs only. such costs are entered by the seller himself, herself, themselves while uploading the product on our website anshplanners.com. Payouts will not include shipping charges, taxes, any additional charges, any additional shipping charges, reverse shipping charges, any additional services charges whichever is applicable based on the special situation and circumstances. 

Please note that payouts that will be processed tentatively on 15th of the month will be for all the payments received by us from customers till 12th of the month as our payment partner Razorpay clears payments to us on T+3 days settlement basis where T is the day of transaction on which payment is received from the customer through our website payment gateway. Similarly for the next payout batch payments received from customers from 13th of the month till 3 days prior to the end of the month will be initiated.

Any payments made by customers after 12th of the month and 3 days prior to the end of the month will be considered in the next payout cycle.

29. Health/Safety Issues Policy:

Ansh planners partnership firm is not responsible for any health, safety or any severe, critical, damaging,  issues experienced by any customer by usage,consumption, came across in contact with by any means of any product or services offered from the marketplace, store at anshplanners.com. Any concerned person, system, hardware, software, all tangible and intangible things on investigation who,which,whatsoever came in direct, indirect contact with the product because of whom,whichever, whatsoever, anything at all the issue is caused to the customer should be held responsible for all such issues. Ansh planners partnership firm can not be held responsible, accused, considered guilty by any means on any media, any platform without any prior notice for any such incidence without proper investigations conducted by our legal team assigned by us for the same.

Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Right Infringements

If you believe that your rights are being infringed, you may fill out and submit the Notice Form. We respond expeditiously to rights owners and their agents who complete and submit the Notice Form to communicate concerns about any alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a Notice Form we may take certain actions, including removing information or an item, all of which are taken without any admission as to liability and without prejudice to any rights, remedies or defences, all of which are expressly reserved. Furthermore, in submitting a Notice Form, you grant to Ansh Planners the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display its content throughout the world in any media. This includes forwarding the Notice Form to the parties involved in the provision of the allegedly infringing content. You agree to indemnify Ansh Planners for all claims brought by a third party against Ansh Planners arising out of or in connection with the submission of a Notice Form.

Note on Third Party Seller Listings: Please keep in mind that Third Party Seller listings are merely hosted on Anshplanners.com and are posted solely at the direction of Third Party Sellers who may be contacted via their “Seller Information” page, accessible from any of their listings.

Important Warning: giving false, misleading or inaccurate information in the Notice Form to Ansh Planners may result in civil and/or criminal liability. You should contact a legal advisor should you have any questions.
